DeAgostini 1/8 DeLorean Back To The Future (Issue 1 + 2)

This article will tell you more about DeAgostini 1/8 DeLorean Back To The Future (Issue 1 + 2). It starts the whole series of the special kit issues, which are supplied part by part. Here we have first two with some big parts, but I will try to show several of those in the next articles as well. Each issue comes out every two weeks. For me it will be interesting to see how the final result will build up, piece by piece. I recommend to watch the video first. :)

First two issues are focused on the rear side of the car. Here you will get plenty of metal parts as well as plastic moldings just like on the real car.

Rear lights are assembled out of several parts. Keep in mind that those parts will be combined with LEDs and should be highlighted.

Assembly is done with screws, but there is a special screwdriver supplied in the first issue.

Stickers will be applied on the famous plate. This is a plastic part, but it is easy to install on the rear mask.

Here you can see the final result of getting parts from two issues and assembling them together. All body parts are metal, just take a look at the front left fender.

Two first issues should be already available, so you can get them in good shops or directly from DeAgostini. Overall design looks interesting, so let's see what the next magazines will bring to us. I will try to cover whole assembly process in the same format as this time.
