This review will tell you more about Miniart 1/72 StuH 42 Ausf.G Late Prod. (72120). New version comes as yet another nice release in small scale. I assembled one of previous types, and it was quite a decent set to work with. Overall packaging is typical here, so all frames are sealed into one plastic bag. Assembled model will be 94mm long. Let's open everything and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with bigger scale brother.

Watch this video-review where I show all parts even closer.
First we see one of the biggest frames in the kit. Here you will find panels for the superstructure and some track sections.
Main barrel is molded as one-piece part, and such design should be useful for the final look. Here you can also see side skirts with premolded tools.
Lower hull panels are molded with side arms in place. This will get you right alignment out of the box. Roadwheels look great and even feature some rubber details.
Plastic tracks are always welcome even on such a small build. Yes, assembly will take some time, but final result should be worth it.
Kit is full of small parts, so be ready to work with tweezers in some areas.
Clear frame is molded in a nice quality. There are no masks in the kit, but it should be easy to cover those with liquid masks.
Unpainted PE fret should be useful for some fine features on the model. It is a great bonus for this small scale build.
Decals are printed in Cartograf, so you don't have to worry about any quality issues. All options can be seen on the photo below.
Assembly manual is typical for this brand. You can check all pages in the video-review.
New small scale release should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it looks as good as the previous ones and offers plenty of features out of the box. Assembly might be a bit tricky for older modelers, but final result should be worth it. Moreover, such small size should be fun to build a diorama with. The only thing you will have to do is to pick one of those nice markings included here.
