ICM 1/35 M1025A2 Hummer Armament Carrier (35437)

This time we are going to check ICM 1/35 M1025A2 Hummer Armament Carrier (35437). New kit comes as yet another version of the famous military vehicle. It is molded in popular scale and should be interesting for modelers who would like to have their own. Overall packaging is typical for this brand, so you can expect all parts in resealable plastic bag. In total there are 210 parts which should assemble into a model with 138mm length. Let's open it and take a closer look together.

We are going to start with the frame which carries roof panel and separate doors. The latter might be handy for some diorama ideas or just for interior display.

Suspension subframes come on the next sprue. Note also separate front mask here. Overall molding quality looks great, and assembly won't be difficult either.

Suspension would be quite detailed here, the only question is how to show it on the finished vehicle.

Main chassis is designed as one-piece element. I think ICM did a great work with this as such part would be easier in assembly.

Next we see floor panel as well as one-piece bonnet. Side panels for the car body are also here. Engine is not too detailed, but should be enough for the view underneath.

Another pair of separate doors can be found on the last grey frame. Each seat should be glued out of two parts.

Clear parts are molded on several frames and packed into separate bags. Molding quality looks great, and those should be relatively easy to mask.

Yes, we get vinyl tires here. I am not a huge fan of such a thing, and there should be some aftermarket available for replacement.

Decals sheet is not that big, but printing quality looks great. On the photo below you can see some of the marking options.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

New Hummer should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a great vehicle model kit from ICM, and you get all necessary features in the box. Moreover, there is some potential for further upgrades, just remember that they will cost you extra money. Overall quality looks great, and all those separate doors and hatches just ask for the figurines to be added. :)
