Zvezda 1/100 BT-7M (6297)

This article will tell you more about Zvezda 1/100 BT-7M (6297). Kit comes as yet another tiny scale release from the famous brand. Manufacturer markets it as something for children or wargaming. One of the main reasons for that is the snap fit assembly, so you don't have to use glue at all. Packaging is typical here, so box is colorful and frames are sealed into plastic bag. In total there are 15 parts which should assemble into a model with 5cm length. Let's open everything and take a closer look together.

First frame is dedicated to hull parts together with drivetrain and turret. Note that tracks are molded with wheels and such design should be easier to deal with.

There are large guiding elements for each of the parts. The main holder for all of the elements will be the one-piece frame which you can see on the photo above.

New tank should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a good pick for young modelers and for those who would like to have some quick build. It could be nice to get at least a small decals sheet, so that tank won't look as simple as it is out of the box. Of course, you can try to replicate something with your brush, but it will take some effort. Model stand is another cool bonus to have, but I guess manufacturer was also trying to keep the price down.
