ICM 1/72 OV-10D+ Bronco (72186)

This article is dedicated to ICM 1/72 OV-10D+ Bronco (72186). It is another small scale release from the well-known brand. This time we get an observation version with several interesting markings inside. Packaging is typical for ICM. There are 262 parts in the box what is quite impressive for small scale model. Let's open them and take a closer look together.

First frame is the biggest in the kit. Here you will find wing parts as well as some cockpit bits. External features look great out of the box.

This frame is supplied in two, and you will find landing gear parts and armament. It is quite cool that ICM included this in the standard package.

Fuselage halves can be found on the last sprue. Nose cone is molded into each of the halves, so you will have to work in order to avoid unnecessary gaps.

Clear frame is packed into separate plastic bag. Molding quality looks great and you also receive masking templates in the manual.

Decals sheet is not that big, but carries all necessary symbols for four markings. There are some cockpit decals, but I would recommend to get some aftermarket PE. You can see all options on the photo below.

New Bronco version should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is an interesting choice for modelers who don't have space for 1/48 scale release. Moreover, this model offers great details out of the box as well as armament. I think we will also see plenty of aftermarket for this kit, so you will get a chance to add even more details. :)
