Vespid Models 1/35 Sd.Kfz.251/1 Ausf.D Stuka Zu Fuss (SP-8004)

This review will tell you more about Vespid Models 1/35 Sd.Kfz.251/1 Ausf.D Stuka Zu Fuss (SP-8004). New set comes as new-tooled plastic from the well-known brand, which was created in cooperation with Snowman Models. Real vehicle is quite open, so it would be fair to expect some interior features inside. Overall packaging is typical - each frame is sealed into separate bag. Let's open it and take a closer look at parts.
By the way, here you can read review with smaller copy of this vehicle.

Watch this video-review where I show all parts even closer.

First sprue is completely dedicated to track links. Assembly will take some time, and there is no assembly jig in the kit.

Tracked section should be nicely copied with help of the suspension and wheels which you can see on the frame above. Molding quality looks great.

Hull is divided into separate panels, but those should be easy to combine thanks to guiding elements. Kit is full of small and thin parts, so be careful while separating them off the frame.

Talking about interior parts, kit features nicely detailed drivetrain. It might be worth to add some wiring for even more fine features.

Suspension should be detailed too, but be sure to track the alignment of all those parts together.

All the ammo is placed on the separate frame. Keep in mind that you don't have to use all of those at once for the build.

Here you can see good example of how guiding elements are designed in the kit.

Last grey frame carries large hull panels which will have to be combined together. Open fighting compartment presents a good opportunity for some weathering experiments.

Snowman Models supplied separate plastic box with 3D-printed parts and metal ammo rounds.

Wheels come in two options, but I guess 3D-printed parts are an obvious choice for your build.

Unpainted PE fret will be useful for some fine features. Small plastic bag comes with metal parts for your vehicle.

Decals sheet is not big, but features all necessary symbols for three marking options. You can see them all on the photo below.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

Price is set at 40USD, what is quite good level for this type of kit. One box brings you great features together with multimedia add-ons inside. In my opinion it is a great offer for all military vehicle fans who would like to have WW2 build in their collection. Overall design looks smart, but assembly process will take some time, especially the tracks assembly.
