This time we are going to check Casemate Illustrated Operation Chariot. As you can guess, book comes as part of already well-known series about battles of WW2. It is printed as softcover and contains around 128 pages with text and photos. Previous issues were quite handy, so it is interesting what is told about this operation in the publication. The whole story of stopping Tripitz deserves such book, so let's take a closer look together. Watch the video-review above where I show more pages.
By the way, here you can read review with book about M3.Don't forget to like our Facebook page, so that you can get fresh articles on time.
You can help us get the new camera - just press "Donate" button on the right panel.
Of course, everything starts with contents page. There are several chapters which are placed in chronological order.
Inside you will find around 125 images, including side profiles of various boats. All this material might be useful for model builds in your preferred scale. Whole layout is clear and easy to read, even though I would prefer a bit more text.
Price should be set at 20GBP, what is a standard level for this type of publication. In my opinion whole book can be useful for modelers who would like to learn more about this operation. Moreover, it might be handy as reference guide for some painting and weathering ideas. Overall format is quite fine to read, and I like that there are many photos inside.
